Nah, don't install the awesome Zune software. Join the rest of us in the agony of Groove Music!

Seriously though, it has been a difficult round getting my songs stored on my phone so I could play them locally. The majority were on my phone for streaming. I know you were referring to a pc, but it has been a little better than mobile.

Yes, you can install Zune on a Win 10 computer. I just did it. First run the package ZuneSetupPkg.exe. (Get it on cnet, maybe? Not sure; I already had it.) That tells you to first download some files, and will take you to a download page at MS where you get ZunePackage.exe. (On my first try, this didn't work. But it did on the second try.) Run that, and then I think I had to run the first package again But it worked, it picked up all my music files already on my drive, and detected all my playlists, as well. In short, it's as good as new!
