Hi All, I have a really strange issue that started earlier today. On both my Lumia 950 and Surface Pro 4 my Outlook Mail app stopped working...but the issue is only with sending email.
I'm still receiving email, I just can't send anything.
Every email I try to send bounces back with a simple "send error" message.
I tried the thermo-nuclear option and hard reset both my phone and surface thinking a total OS reset might fix the problem......no luck
I logged onto my rackspace account where my email is hosted and sent a test mail from there and it went through fine. So the issue isn't with my host.
I went to my outlook.com account online and tried to send an email through the browser version but it also bounced.
According to the isitdownrightnow.com website Outlook is working fine.
So I've pretty much exhausted my technical expertise and still can't get either of my devices to send email using the basic outlook mail app that comes bundled with Microsoft devices
Can anyone point me toward a solution please.
