Can I combine(span) new ssd to existing c: drive without losing data?

Windows Central Question

I have an existing 250GB SSD drive with my Windows 10 Pro OS installed. I just want to span the drive with a new 500GB SSD drive I just installed to get one 750GB SSD drive. Can this be accomplished? If so how? If not how would I have to do it?
