Sign i to WIN 10 on Dell PC

[Windows Central Question]

Am trying to sign on to my Dell PC which runs on WIN 10. I get to the PIN screen and enter the 4 digit code I have used for a year. I get "PIN Incorrect" and can get no further .Have tried several reboots with same result. I can not any way to change PIN since I have no access to Widows. Any suggestions?
