Most of Computer Technicians don't have an installer for Windows 10 OS

I have several friends or people I know have new windows 10 computers.
Sometimes they don't know how to reformat the computers and just go to any technicians to do the formatting. Most of computer technicians just pull there flash drive with windows 7 installer and boot the computers from there. Now most of people bought new windows 10 computers now uses windows 7 old OS instead of reset it back to fresh windows 10 from new setting.
