Windows Surface 3 2Gb have enough RAM to run without lags ?

I want to buy surface 3 and I don't want spend too much money, so I want to know is surface 3 with 2Gb RAM can handle newest Windows 10 ??? And also Surface 3 have function windows hello or it's only on surface pro 4 ?

Windows Hello doesn't work on surface 3.

2GB ram will probably still work... my surface 3 is 4gb, but I feel glad I took the 4GB as it I use it up fast with lots of windows open. If you manage it, it'll probably be fine. The biggest problem of surface 3 is not the amount of ram but the slow ssd drive.

If you can get the 4GB version, that would be better as you would be able to use most programs without any slow down
I also have the 4GB version and from day to day checks, the usual use of RAM is about 1.8GB when nothing is running. Start using word or a browser and RAM can go to 2.2GB
