Maps give voice instructions when out of car, but no voice instructions in car????

I have setup navigation which gives first voice instruction outside of car, however once inside car and connected to battery charger NO voice instructions but map visuals are fine

Do you have it connected to the car with Bluetooth? Volume up on phone and car?
