I bought an HTC HD7 T9292 and when I installed whatsapp, the phone requires to enter the previous phone number that whatsapp was using on this phone before it could accept my new number and configure accordingly. The bad news is I dont know the previous number and neither is the person I bought it from.
How do I get around this? Plz HELP.

Hi, I don't think WhatsApp is still supported on your phone.

It may be worth asking in the WhatsApp help section.

Thanks a lot. That's very helpful. By the way, is the phone in question upgradable to Windows 8?
