Keep pc connected to internet. Shut down printer and unplug usb.
Then plug usb , and switch on printer. You pc should try searching drivers (green icon moving)
Standin by some minutes, then retry printing. Remember to choose your printer in printing options
if that doesn't work, try to reinstall the printer software
