Why I can't get 14915 on fast ring

I'm trying to get build 14915 I'm on the fast ring on two separate PCs but it says your pc is up to date. I had both on that build and had to rollback to 14905 because while everything worked all text appeared as redacted.

try switching rings to slow and then back to fast to trigger the update

how long did you wait before switching to fast ring?
