How can I listen to my music in xbox music on another phone

I had a window phone but now I have a android phone and I want to transfer my music I have saved on my windows phone.

If you simply mean that you put music on your phone then just go ahead and connect both phones to a pc. After opening them both and scrolling to the appropriate folders, you can just copy and paste everything from one phone to the other
