why my mobile data connection not stable?

after anniversary update, my mobile data is not stable, i have checked all the option like battery saver, mobile APN settings even i configured manually also but still have problem.

by unstable you mean the connection changes speed a lot?

Have you tried getting a replacement SIM card?
