i have a nokia xl phone, screen goees black and i just hear the ringtone when getting a call

screen turns black
cant respond, pick or cut the call
but u can hear the phone ringtone

even when not on calls, the screen is dead?
Is there a Nokia care centre nearby? For repairs?
