Windows Central Question

I have Groove. Wish I didn't. I spent time setting up songs I had purchased through the internet. All these songs were available and playable when I first got Groove. Now when I go to my Playlist on these songs all but a few are available to listen to. The others say "not on device and not in a place where they can be streamed from".
When I click on a song and say "download" I get the message, "Son not queued for download and doesn't have download rights". How could this be when they were previously on my computer and playable. What can I do. These songs are accompaniment tracks purchased for solos in church.

Did you set the filter to show only 'puschased' music?
