    I just migrated iTunes from my old computer to this computer running Windows 10. The sound no longer works, either on iTunes or on anything else I have running. I was running the sound just this morning. How can this be?

    Restart your device. Check if the audio hardware is being recognised.

    check that volume is not at zero or that mute isn't on
    Check for OS and app updates too
