    I receive emails with no problem but when I go to reply to them an outlined box shows up stating Windows 10 is looking to resolve this problem and then nothing happens. This has been going on now to 5 days.

    Any chance of you signing up and giving a few more details, like what is the domain of the address you are replying to like Hotmail.com, gmail.com etc. Don't post the full address just the domain............

    Are you using a PC, phone?

    Can you send an email not just reply?

    have you tried checking for app and OS updates?
    This is on phone or pc?
