Why does my Windows phone have a Mama Duck reminder built in?

What can I do to delete this? When I go to calendars and delete all the reminders in one go, it gets deleted, but then reappears. And even when it shows as deleted, it still shows up on the lock screen open page.

do you have your phone synced with an AD account? online via another account system like google? check your accounts on a PC to see if they are there as well.

As for it being a Mama Duck.... did you leave your PC unlocked at any time? sounds like a prank reminder to me....

check for app updates and OS updates too
