Can I take a template I made in Excel and use it in OneNote?

I work as a medical provider and I designed my own patient progress note in excel. I want to be able to use OneNote to fill out this template and then print it out or transfer it to another computer.

I've personally never used onenote but I'm thinking it has an import tab or function somewhere - if it does, can you import that same excel template?
