Firmware number higher than available?

I'm having many problems with my Lumia 830 running AU so I decided to try windows device recovery tool and I was surprised to find that my phone's firmware number is higher that the one available on the server.
is that normal?
And what's the correct firmware number for Lumia 830 on AU?

The firmware you'll be restoring to is Windows Phone 8.1, complete with the older firmware that corresponds with that. (you'll have to upgrade back to W10M. So yep, that's normal. Not the smartest, but normal.
