Can I play AOE II HD in Windows 10?

I have the original version of AOE II : the Conquerors Expansion, which doesn't run anymore on my Win 10 platform. Will I be able to play AOE II HD and its latest expansion on Win 10? I wish to know before I make the purchase.

Yeah I bought it on steam several months ago when it was on sale for a few bucks. runs fine on windows 10.

Curious, I still have my original AOE2 and Conquerors cd. Did you try the various compatibility modes?

P.S. All of my old maps still worked in the new version too.
