    Today me nd my friend updated our lumia 535 in new built 14393.189 .. But my friend get brightness controlling update and i do not get it... Why this happen?

    HI, brightness control has always been present on the lumia 535. with the option to make it low>medium>high , as it doesn't have ambient light sensor you cant set it to automatic. tell us more about your issue, so that we could understand better :)

    Not available like other lumia phone like lumia 640 kr other.. Where we control brightness manually... In new update these option also available in lumia 535 but in my phone slider brightness adjustment not available

    I update my lumia 535...but i can't adjust brightness with a slider... Why?

    I already do it soft reset but i cant solve this..

    Was the slider available before? I had always assumed that it's the 3 options of low-medium and high

    There isn't, and never was a slider.

    However, in Settings > Extras > display > you can adjust the brightness levels for the Low/Medium/High toggles with sliders.

    and this has been available for some phone models I take it? I never saw that for my 1020 nor in my 540

    No Windows Phone, 7 through 10 has had a slider feature.

    Only Windows Phone 8.1 and above Lumia's had the Display settings that Nokia made. (color and brightness profile)

    Hmm.. Low..high..medium. Its not matter.. I want slider... Some day ago Lumia announced about the slider update nd update also come .. But nothing change in brightness adjustment..... Totally west of time...
