After updating Windows 10, cannot access any iOS devices, SD reader in cmptr or Western Digital HD

[Windows Central Question]

Updated to Windows 10 version 1607 (KB3176936) and latest iOS version 10.0.2 on iPhone, and iPad. Now I cannot access my SD drive on my Dell Studio 1535, my WD HD, or iPhone or iPad (mini). However my WD Passport Ultra functions in any of my USB ports. This same phenomenon occurs on my other Dell Inspiron laptop.

there is another update waiting for you, Cumulative build 14393.189 ( KB3193494). these updates are aimed at fixing USB driver issues , please update your device and check whether the issue persist
