Outlook wont start.

Hello everybody.

When i launch Outlook i get this error message: "Can not start Outlook. Can't open the Outlook Window. Can't open the folders. An unexpected error has occured. Can't start the service: (C\PROGRAM..2\COMMON..1\APPLE\INTERN..1\APLZOD.DLL)

this is the outlook program that comes with office?
Try doing a repair from control panel > programs > uninstall programs > select office - it should give options for repair and uninstall - select repair

Yes, this is the Outlook in the Office 365 Suite.
But unfortenuatly your suggestion didn't work.

That's the first time I've heard repair didn't work :shocked:

Are there any updates pending? And is your license active?

Yes, everything is up to date, and license is active.
