Why i can't access my SD card

I am using lumia 630 dual sim. And i am using 16GB SD card. The whatsapp downloaded images and videos can't stored in my SD card and i can't access it also. Please tell how to access

have you tried removing the card and then putting it back?
Or have you tried accessing the card using a pc and card reader?

Are you able to access other content on the card from the phone?
