Windows Central Question

I have done everything I can find on the internet and here to try and get a local administrator or even just administrator privileges on my computer. EVERYTHING I've tried asks me for administrator password and I've entered everything I can think of. Or it asks me to click "yes" to continue but there is never a yes listed. I'm at my wits end. Someone please help. I even tried to reset my computer and it still wants an administrators password.

if you've tried suggestions in this: How to change a Windows 10 user account type and why | Windows Central and this How to use a local account to fix issues on Windows 10 | Windows Central

then maybe you could talk to a Microsoft support person?
