Need help with feedback from sound in car bleutooth radio they say is my issue anyone what i can do

guys i have a big problem just put sound in my Toyota hillux 2014 know i am get some kind of feed back when ever the amp goes on but does not seem to be the earth the guy are telling me its because my radio has Bluetooth build in and that gives me feed back . so now they say i need to buy a 3 sixty sound processor what do you thing really need help

While the excuse you were given sounds like an excuse to sell you something, you are better off hitting a car audio forum or even better, a forum dedicated to your car like Toyota Minis | Forum Dedicated to Toyota Stout, Hilux, and Pickup Owners or Hilux Club - Toyota Owners Club - Australia (I have no idea if these forums are any good, just some of the 1st that popped up in a google search)
