Why is the sound on my computer so low?

After updating my Lenovo ideapad a few days ago, the sound has been unusually quiet, even when I set it to my normal level. How can I fix this?

After updating my Lenovo ideapad a few days ago, the sound has been unusually quiet, even when I set it to my normal level. How can I fix this?

Right click on volume icon near the clock -> Playback devices ->Click on active device -> Properties -> modify levels and enhancements if available.

Right click on volume -> Open Mixer, you can balance single app sound levels
