Why is my Nokia Lumia 640 XL resetting to factory settings on its own?

I just got my phone today and it's resetting to factory settings on its own. this is a replacement for the same phone that kept restarting by itself randomly and constantly.

Maybe it's the same phone?

Even though the phone is resetting I would try a manual reset or even trying to use the recovery tool
