Error C101B000 when downloading from Windows store

Download message Error C101B000 when I click my apps I'm trying to download on my windows phone. They load partially then state attention required. Retry all and same issues appear. Been 2 days since I've been able to download.

it just happened after I hard reset my Lumia 925. at first everything works really fine but 6 hours after hard reset, I can't install any app from the store, it's downloading but cannot install:angry::angry::angry::angry::angry:

Read the thread there is nothing to do. This happens once in a while it usually last 24 hours and Microsoft fixes it. It is a server side issue with the Market Place.

I'm in Lansing MI I just started to be able to download and install based on past times not everybody at the same time is fixed but eventually everybody is able to download and install.
