Windows Central Question
After the recent Windows 10 "update," my Windows button and Start feature work only about 10% of the time. I stumbled upon a troubleshooting utility, ran it, and got a message that I need to "correctly" install "Microsoft.Windows.ShellExperienceHost" and "Microsoft.Windows.Cortona". But that utility gave no hints on how to make those corrections. (The rest of my Windows 10 update seems to be working OK.)
