Why is my alpha morph doesn't turn on anymore?

I charged the gadget and it pop up on the screen something "backing up bshbdf_dsd"
"preparing for ......" and then suddenly it turns off and I cannot turn it on again?

What should I do? my alpha morph won't turn on?

I charged the gadget and something pops up like "backing up ......." preparing for ....." seems like the gadget was programming and suddenly it turns off and when I turn it on again it doesn't work anymore. What should I do?
