Lumia 640 xl internal memory is full

[Windows Central Question]

I moved all the apps , photos and every possible items to the external memory, but still shows the memory full, email and messging shows 1,42 gb but i don``t find a way to see and clean that ,,besides, others show 916 mb but same i don`t see that info anywhere even connected to a pc

I bet your answer you will get here is to do a soft, hard reset.

Do a soft reset, clear cache from Internet Explorer. This should free up some space on your phone
