I need help

[Windows Central Question]

My lumina 535 keeps shutting down, it was 80% charged. Now it's telling me to charge the phone.
Tried charging the phone and it's not charging on several different usb.

your battery might be the culprit here, pull out your battery and check for any bulges or bumps if visible do not put the battery in and purchase a new battery as soon as possible. Such bumps could lead to major problems and cause injuries as well.
Further you could take the phone for an inspection to nearest authorized service center , also do tell us whether you are an insider or not?
