Where can I find a tutorial / instructions for Fhotoroom for my Windows 10 PC?

I have edited a photograph with this program and like it a lot. However, I am unable to figure out how to save the "improved" version. I cannot find any tutorial information nor can I find a registration as everything seems focused on mobile applications.
