    I added a new printer/scanner last week. I've been scanning things just fine until this morning. Now it won't scan. Says install is incomplete. How do I get it to scan again?

    Hi Welcome to Windows Central! It sure would be nice if we knew the make and model of your printer. HP has a excellent scan and print doctor.
