Why is the app so slow and buggy ?

I lost count how many times I have pecked out a response or started a new thread to have it disappear when I hit the reply or post button.

This happens both on my pc and phone. Is it that resource intense and my hardware to old?

My pc is few years old and the worst of my phones is a Lumia 635 on win 10 .448

The funny part its soooo much better on iOS. The WM version looks like it's an app from 5 years ago

Are you speaking of the win 10 app or 8.1?
I find I need to use 8.1 version on my HTC 8xt if I want to participate in the forums successfully. Even my new Lumia 650 this morning after pecking long reply, post just disappeared when I hit reply.
I replied to this on my 8xt with win. 8.1
