Why is my battery draining so fast...?

[Windows Central Question]

My Lumia 535 battery is draining fast.
- I have checked the battery saver settings.
- for charging - after connecting to power supply - the image indication states that the battery is being charged. But actually, it is not charging.
Kindly guide me...

to begin with manually remove your battery to check for any bumps or irregularities, no change in battery percentage or in a condition where the battery do not charge it is likely that the battery has run out of life and in such cases you will have to buy a new battery.
