    I'm having a problem with the windows 10 mobile store. I can't buy apps, when I try to buy something the store tells me to check my internet connection, which is ok. What I have to do?

    Have you tried logging out of your account in the store and then logging back in?

    Maybe a software reset. Hold power button and volume down till it vibrates.

    I tried the log out/log in but it still doesn't work, before doing a reset i prefer to try something else. Thank you very much anyway.

    Software reset isn't like a hardware reset. You just hold the power button and volume down button till it vibrates.
