6tag - can't login on my second account for some reasons!

Hey there, i have a microsoft lumia 520 phone and I recently made a second account on my 6tag. It was working fine but for some reason now i cannot log in my second account as it disappeared from the 'switch' option list. the account is still in existence though.

Any suggestions on what I can do about it?
