volume shrink and new volume but convert basic to dynamic

hi i would like to ask you how to shrink volume and then create new volume so that it will convert from basic to dynamic. is there any method in windows 10 thnx i will wait for your reply.

Per my understanding, you will have to convert the entire disk to a dynamic disk, for you cannot just convert one volume into dynamic.
