My autobackup setting is on, yet I got an alert that there was no backup in a month.
When I try to do a backup, the process stays at 0% for a long time and when I check it out later it gives me the above message.
I checked OneDrive storage -- there is nothing in the drive, yet it says 4.5GB out of 5GB are used, but when I try to find by what I get "No items match your search, try a different search".
Some claim that deleting the existing backup solves the problem, but it makes no sense to do that without being sure that it will solve the problem.
Does anybody know what's going on?
