Deleted Lumia830 from my account, now I need a reset protection recovery key.

I purchased a Lumia 950 a few months ago. At that time I deleted the Lumia 830 from my account. Over the weekend, I wanted to give someone my old Lumia 830. So I wiped the phone clean using the Windows recovery tool. When setting it up, it's asking me for a Reset Protection Key. I have now way of getting the key anymore. B2X couldn't help me with this.

After imputing the IMEI on the Reset Protection Status page, it say "This device is ready to be transferred to another person"

The device is asking for a Reset Protection Key. I deleted the device from my devices so I can no longer get the key

Help Please!

Have you tried setting it up with your sim card in it? If Microsoft recognizes the phone via the sim card, you may be able to set it up. I would put the sim card in, then reset the phone like normal.
