how to get to disturbing mode on setting i am using phone microsoft lumia 650 widows 10

because i top up my chater airtime but icant make calls and nobody can call me
i am using microsoft lumia phone windows 10 so i thing its from setting disturb mode but i dont know how to get there can i get some help pls thanks

Hi, I think you are referring to 'quiet hours'.
To turn off quiet hours, swipe down to show the notification screen, hit expand and press the quiet hours button.
The button should go grey when turned off.
