I have a Surface Microsoft Windows RT 32GB. It was working fine and now it doesn't work at all. I try to figure it out online but they seem to have every tablet but the first generation. Anyone suggest anything I can do to try to get this thing to power up before I have to spend money and buy a battery

Hi welcome to Windows Central. I'm not sure what your asking? You don't want to buy a battery doesn't tell me a lot. Here's a link where you should be able to down load your user guild. If you need more help, please join the forum!

It's probably the magnetic end of the charging cable or the port itself.
Try cleaning the contacts with an eraser.
It may work if the charging cable hasn't broken.

    Good luck there.
