is it normal that disk usage is always 100% after turn on or restart my pc?

i need your help to solve my pc problem. i have try one solution that referenced from "services.msc and i stop several task.

do you think it is good or it is become not very good?

Well, if your computer has just started up and it's using a spinning hard drive then it might at 100% for a bit while things start up. Depends on how long, I know my backup laptop's hard drive is pegged to 100% for a couple-few minutes while it gathers itself.

Also consider defragmenting.

Hi friend! Thanks for helping. Team work is good. I guess I haven't paid that much attention to my resources when booting up. I hardly ever shut my laptop down. I have 5 year old Toshiba laptop. The only time I check disk management is when I notice my PC starting to slow down. I agree Defrag would be a real good thing to check.
I know my CPU and memory spike, but that's a good thing, as long as then don't stay that way. What do you think about running some malware scanners along with defrag?:wink: Just thinking out load!! I doubt if the OP responds to our suggestions!:grin:
