How to recover lost data from Lumia 830s internal memory after a factory reset?

My Lumia 830 display was damaged and I had to send it to the supplier to fix it. I transferred most of my data from the internal memory but a few were left. I believe that they did a factory reset after fixing my display and now I would like do a "system restore" to retrieve those data.

I have not installed many apps (3 or 4 small apps maybe) since I got my phone back.

Is there any way to do that? I would appreciate your help.

As long as you logged into OneDrive at some point on your phone, there should be a device backup there. You should be able to download that backup and have it restore most of everything.

Text messages have to be backed up separately though, so if you didn't do that, all of your texts are gone.
