I'm trying to 'drag files from my PC to my phone' - okay, but where is my Nokia Windows phone located in File Explorer?

WP may not be seen if you are on Windows XP since the drivers for it are difficult to install.

With Windows 7>8.1 you may need to download and install this:

For Windows 10 the phone companion app is included.

Your phone should appear in the Explorer dropdown with the proper USB drivers installed under Win7 thru Win10.
