Elite x3 Phone looses signal than reboots

I really want to keep this phone but the thing is driving me crazy. This only happens when signal strength is two bars or lower 4lte which happens to be in my house. The phone can not hold the signal and switches between no service and 4lte, the frustrating thing is after five minutes of this it will reboot. It will not receive a call or call out. I have a 950 and 1520 and have no issues with signal. My provider ATT says everything is good. Hp was no help. Phone is v 1511 o.s. build 10.0.10586.494. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I had something similar happen to me today for the first time. I noticed I was only getting messages from WhatsApp and emails and my text messages and calls weren't working. My screen also dimmed. So I restarted and everything was fine.
Hopefully this doesn't happen again, but if I does I will be contacting HP.
