Windows Central Question

Hi. I have had a Surface Pro 3 for about 2 years. Most of the time I use it in a docking station with a cordless keyboard, but I use the Surface Pro 3 keyboard all the time when I'm on the go.

Since the past 6 months or so, four specific keys (u, i, o and backspace, which are all in the same proximity on the right side of the keyboard) get "stuck" OFF. In other words, I can press and press them but nothing happens. This might go on for half an hour, and then suddenly they will just get unstuck and everything will be fine for maybe the rest of the day. It's pretty inconvenient, to say the least.

I've tried all the fixes I've seen to reset the keyboard. It doesn't seem to have anything to do with the overall keyboard, just these particular keys. Given that they are all in the same part of the keyboard, it makes me wonder if it isn't something physical (electrical contact or something). The problem is, I have no idea how or where to go to get it fixed, or even if it CAN be fixed.

Any ideas? Thank you.
