Why cant I login to Windows 10 PC

[Windows Central Question]

The problem - I recently got to vacation from army consription (have been about 81 days there) and all this time I havent touched my Microsoft account. Once I tried to log in, it failed. Tried to recover my password for this account, also failed, giving me the message of not enough information, no matter, how much I gave it. Is it possible that my laptop PC is stuck with at login screen because my account may have been deleted? Thank you in advance.
